Nestled in the majestic Alpilles mountains, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional and just 5 minutes from the famous Château des Baux de Provence and the charming village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, the Hameau des Baux is set in a 5-hectare olive grove. It’s a pretty Provencal hotel with 21 suites in the small houses of the hamlet.
It’s the ideal base from which to explore the diversity of Provence, from the wild beaches of the Camargue, accessible in less than an hour, to the splendid landscapes of the Lubéron, via an immersion in an ever-vibrant culture.
Surrounded by the majestic Alpilles and the olive groves that supply our AOC oil, the hotel is a veritable hamlet, with its Provencal village square, fountain and plane trees. The hotel’s 21 suites are harmoniously distributed among the hamlet’s buildings, most with private terraces overlooking rose gardens, olive groves or almond fields.
The rooms, decorated with limewash paint and old wooden beams, exude the authenticity of a Provencal mas. Ranging in size from 35 to 65 square meters, they all offer breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
The furniture, either hand-picked in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue or created by contemporary designers, gives each little house a unique atmosphere.
