What is an affiliate link?

My articles sometimes include links to commercial companies selling products.

I can partner with some of these companies. This means that when you follow this link and buy something, the company pays me a small commission.

It makes no difference to you. You pay the same price!

For me, it finances the blog, pays for hosting and all the tools needed to manage and secure the blog.

How does it work?

The commercial partner site deposits a cookie on your computer which allows it to remember me when you buy something. Cookies have a limited lifetime ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

If you don’t want the blogger you follow to receive a commission, you can delete the cookies installed on your computer every day.
